Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AetherMind's website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by AetherMind (“AetherMind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of service

AetherMind provides an AI-powered personal operating system that helps individuals manage communication, productivity, finances, scheduling, and digital workflows through a unified conversational interface. The Service may connect to third-party accounts and applications you authorize, and may take actions on your behalf based on your instructions and configured permissions.

AetherMind is continually evolving. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and the Service may be offered in beta or early-access form with reduced reliability guarantees.

3. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use AetherMind.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm any person.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service, except as permitted by law.
  • Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. AI-generated content & actions

AetherMind uses artificial intelligence to generate content (such as draft messages and summaries) and, where authorized, to take actions on your behalf (such as scheduling events, sorting communications, or executing automations).

  • AI-generated content and suggestions may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or allowing it to be sent or acted upon, particularly for actions you have not configured to run automatically.
  • You can configure permission levels that determine which actions AetherMind may take automatically versus those that require your explicit confirmation.
  • AetherMind is a tool to assist with decision-making and task execution — it does not provide professional financial, legal, medical, or tax advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

6. Connected accounts

To provide its features, AetherMind may require you to connect third-party accounts (such as email, calendar, messaging, or financial accounts) via secure authorization protocols (such as OAuth). By connecting a third-party account, you authorize AetherMind to access and act on the data in that account as described in your permission settings and our Privacy Policy.

Your use of connected third-party services remains subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. AetherMind is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

7. Subscriptions & billing

  • Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are described on our Pricing page.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued except where required by law.
  • We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding content you provide), is owned by AetherMind and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you provide to AetherMind. By using the Service, you grant AetherMind a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AETHERMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AETHERMIND IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, unless otherwise required by applicable local law in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
